Hello! Hows the shoulder now? Seen some good riding vids!
Been a bit hecktic the last month or so around christmas. Oh, and I got engaged at the weekend so everyone is coming round etc now. But managed to get to Cannock chase for a ride at the start of january! Ever been there? Got a new seat as well
Looking for new grips now, any reccomendations? I want blue clamps tho!

Yea, my birthday was pretty good ta. Aston really was good, and cant wait till the next time I can get out on a proper dh track again.
So how is the physio and exercises going? And any idea how long till your back on the bike? And it is for the best to stay off it while the physio says! Dont wanna put it back any more like I keep saying!

Yea, well luckily I have my own paypal and ebay and everything! So I can pretty much get whatever whenever, as long as I can afford it!
Had the birthday ride at Aston, an it was awesome!! Loved the v10 on a proper dh track. Had so much more confidence in the corners especially. Hows long till your riding now? Any more news on the injury?

Jesus, it was too long!!! Here's the rest:There are loads of little things I want sorted, but mainly to have mine 100% would be deemax's, saint brakes, direct mount stem on possibly some newer 40's (although mine are fine atm!), straightline pedals, bars (not sure what), upgraded gears (shifter, mech etc), new pair of peaty grips and new saddle and post. So have quite a list ahead of me!! First to be ticked off should be the brakes, grips and saddle. But it'll probably be a year before I get another frame!

Ahh, well it better be the wc! haha, that would look and be awesome! Sweet, I'm well jealous! Yea, its a nice gap. Looks soo sketchy, as the sleepers are several inches out of the ground, and the landing is mega steep. Yea, well the faith was a small and that was ok, but with the V10, it would just be a bit nicer to have some more room!! Feel a bit more stable too then. Yea, well I'm starting to look at selling my car and getting a 125 for a while. Cant really justify spending as much as I do on insurance really! And I was lucky to have it for a year anyway, so am not too bothered. But once my car is gone and I have saved up a bit from only having a bike to run, I should be able to get some more bits!
